Mr El-Shunnar was very polite but human, and made me feel like he was really invested in my case. Doctors are often so rushed that they only seem to have time to cover the basics, so it was really nice to have someone who took the time to explain everything and answer all my (extensive) questions.

Mr El-shunnar has been wonderful in all the consultations i have had with him. From start to finish he has been focused on getting to the route of my condition and you really feel that he looks for pragmatic solutions at all times. He is always generous with his time, listening carefully to what you have to say and has a wonderful manner that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I would reccomend him readily to everyone for his ENT services.

Had a throrough consultation, very empathic and discussed all the options available to me. Gave me the chance to ask any questions. Correspondence posted to me within a few days detailing what we discussed at my appointment.

The treatment and care provided by Mr El-Shunnar has been excellent, he has put me at ease from the outset and has given me all the advice and information about my diagnosis that I needed and I knew I would be in safe hands for the turbinoplasty to address the turbinate hypertrophy. In addition he has helped with advice and referrals on other matters i.e, the actinic keratosis and a potential lung issue. It is only 2 days since the operation bur already I can feel that it’s helping, I’m breathing better and will improve further over the coming days. A job well done!
